Stabling queries

Except for pre-arranged Wednesday arrivals with stabling. No Arrival onsite before 2pm on Thursday 14th October is permitted.
All Departures must be completed by 10am Monday 18th October.

Cash Deposit
All Competitors will pay a £20 per stable cash deposit upon arrival prior to being allocated stables. This deposit is fully refundable prior to departure and upon confirmation that the Competitors stable has been emptied of bedding and left tidy. If the stable is not emptied of bedding and left tidy the deposit will not be refunded. Stable deposits will not be refunded after competitors have departed the Show Ground.

Stable Managers Opening Hours

Check in Wednesday: 2.00pm – 6.00pm
Thursday: 2.00pm – 8.00pm
Friday – Sunday: 8.00am – 8.00pm
Check out Monday: 8.30am – 9.30am

Stable Bedding

Natural Flake Shavings may be purchased on site at the stable managers for £12.00 (inc. VAT) per bale.
Straw and paper bedding is not permitted.

Hook Up

Limited 8amp electrical hook ups are available for horseboxes at a cost denoted on our booking system.
Hook up may not be transferred to another Competitor.
Horseboxes will require a 16amp (blue socket) extension cable (which must conform to current electrical regulations) to connect to the socket supplied.

Refunds

A full refund, minus a £15 administration fee, is available on Stables and Hook Ups if cancelled before the Close of Stable bookings on the 9th October. No refunds can be made on any cancelled bookings after Close of Entries.
